Send us a tip on wild Europe | Travel

Escaping the constant whir of modern life by heading off into the wild can be incredibily restorative. While there are few true areas of wilderness left in Europe, there are plenty of places to really get away from it all. Whether it was a hiking trip in the forests of eastern Europe, kayaking around the remote archipelagos of Scandinavia or an off-grid cabin stay in the mountains, we’d love to hear about your wild adventure and what made it so special.

The best tip of the week, chosen by Tom Hall of Lonely Planet wins a £200 voucher to stay at a Coolstays property – the company has more than 3,000 worldwide. The best tips will appear in the Guardian Travel section and website.
